Following his warmly received debut single The Voyage, British guitarist Andrew Pipe returns with a captivating new instrumental release titled “Nexus” — an emotive and melodic ode to the guitarists who inspire him.

Nexus continues the sonic thread of The Voyage, reuniting the rhythm section of bassist Steve Amadeo and drummer Damon Clarridge, and again working with renowned mastering engineer Dick Beetham (David Gilmour/Jeff Beck/KT Tunstall/Kylie Minogue).

Having taken up the guitar at the age of 10, Pipe has since toured internationally with his band The Mentulls, realeasing several critically acclaimed albums, earned early recognition in the British Blues Awards, collaborated with Grammy Award winners and rock icons, and been featured in Classic Rock Magazine, Prog, Guitar Techniques, and more. His playing has been described as “exceptional guitar virtuosity” (Prog Magazine), and his compositions have been heard worldwide on BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music & Planet Rock among others.

With past performances alongside legends like Wishbone Ash, Jethro Tull’s Martin Barre, and studio work with members of 10cc, Camel, and Gary Moore’s band, Nexus showcases Pipe  weaving influences from rock, roots and cinematic soundscapes into a compelling new chapter in his musical evolution. Nexus is available on all major streaming platforms from 8th August 2025.
